Our cuisine, inspired by the rich countryside in Burgundy, draws mainly on seasonal produce from the kitchen garden.

Franco Boowanee our Chef since 2008 and Karina Laval, the pastry Chef did learned "haute cuisine gastronomique" with the famous chef from Mauritius Island "Nizam Perro" .

Franco spent last Febuary, 3 weeks on stage at 3stars Paul Bocuse's restaurant in Lyon.

Karina learned chocolat with the famous Swiss Chocolatier "Nicolas Noz" from Lausanne

Dinner is served in the former kitchens of the Chateau from 1614 with their Gothic vaulted ceilings and monumental fireplace.

Information and opening times:
- The Restaurant is open for lunch a dinner daily
- The service is from 12:30 to 13:30 and from        6.30pm to 9pm 

In an English-style bar you can enjoy a selection of Aperitifs and cocktails as well as Marcs de Bourgogne, aged Cognacs and Bas Armagnac in front of the open fire after dinner.
