Franco Boowanee our Chef since 2008 & Karina Laval, our pastry Chef .
They both learnt "haute cuisine gastronomique" with the famous Chef "Nizam Perro" from Mauritius Island.
Franco spent some time with Gerard Besson and in the famous Paul Bocuse 3 star's restaurant .
