Terms and conditions for reservations

For a firm reservation one night's deposit per room booked is requested ( or more depending on the lenght of the stay ).

Cancellation policy

If the reservation is cancelled at least 3 days before the date of arrival :
- 100% of the deposit is still available for a new reservation during a period of one year from the cancellation date
or
- 50% of the deposit is refundable.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 3 days before the arrival date, the whole deposit is lost .

Shortening stay:
For any interruption of the stay not communicated to the front desk 72 hours before, the confirmed reservation has to be fully paid.

Check in and departure:
Check in is 3pm and check out is noon.
